You may not use Arvyn to:

• Break the law

  Post or complete tasks that involve illegal activity of any kind.

• Commit fraud

  Misrepresent tasks, prices, identity, or completion status. Do not create fake accounts or submit false information.

• Post unsafe or dangerous tasks

  Tasks must not put anyone at risk of injury, harm, or danger. Do not post tasks involving hazardous materials, weapons, or illegal substances.

• Harass or threaten others

  Treat all users with respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

• Misrepresent yourself

  Do not impersonate another person, create false credentials, or provide misleading information about your abilities.

• Manipulate the platform

  Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools. Do not attempt to manipulate pricing, reviews, or task matching.

• Circumvent payment

  All payments must go through Arvyn. Do not arrange off-platform payments to avoid platform protections.

• Post inappropriate content

  Tasks and communications must not contain offensive, explicit, or discriminatory content.

Enforcement

Arvyn reviews reports and may investigate potential violations. We may suspend or terminate accounts, cancel tasks, or withhold payments if a violation is confirmed. Decisions are made at Arvyn's sole discretion.
