Refund Policy

Our approach to refunds for optional purchases.

01Eligibility

Refunds are considered for unused purchases within a reasonable window and where required by applicable consumer law.

02How to request

Open a Billing ticket in the Support Center with your order details. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

03Exclusions

Consumed virtual items and clearly-marked final-sale items may be non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
